VMI Leadership and Ethics Center -The Virginia Military Institute Center includes a 500-seat auditorium, banquet seating for 800 people, meeting rooms, and other amenities. 45,435 SF construction project with a $200 million budget. The sloping site requires multiple level changes with concrete retaining walls to facilitate construction. The floor system is composite steel and roof framing is structural steel and steel bar joists.

Freedom High School - South Riding, Virginia - $29+ million steel-framed structure and load bearing masonry designed to provide the community use of 450-seat cafeteria, 1000-seat auditorium (fine arts center), 2,250-seat competition track and lighted football field, 400 seat baseball and softball fields as well as six tennis courts.

Meadowbrook High School Additions - Chesterfield, Virginia - $25 million additions and renovations to the existing school including a 900-seat auditorium. Renovations to the dining facility. The new additions total about 85,000 sf and the renovations involve about 185,000 sf. 2006 State Excellence in Design Award

Manassas Park High School - $11.2 million new high school, approximately 110,000 sf, on three levels. Includes large gymnasium and round 400-650 seat, multi-purpose auditorium. Structural steel frame, masonry infill, concrete on metal deck.

Henrico County Cultural Arts Center - Glen Allen, Virginia - $5 million renovation and adaptation of 40,000 sf, 80-year-old school into a performing and visual arts center.

Charlottesville Contemporary Arts Building - $3.5 million, four-story, 20,000 sf building framed with load-bearing CMU and precast hollow-core structure. The drama theater and balcony is framed with structural steel.
