Charlottesville Boy's and Girl's Club - This new, two level recreation center is 24,000 sf set into the side of a hill. The facility has a gym on the lower level with classrooms and activity rooms on the main level. The structure is a steel frame with masonry exterior walls. The masonry walls act as shear walls.

The Carole and Marcus Weinstein Jewish Community Center - AIA Richmond Chapter 2006 Design Merit Award Winner. The CMWJCC is a multi-use facility acting as a cultural, educational and recreation center for Richmond's Jewish community. 106,000 SF (30,000 SF new) construction completed fall of 2005.

Gallison Hall Pool and Tennis Additions - Charlottesville, Virginia - $6 million new indoor pool pavilion and tennis buildings at this private residence, including extensive landscape retaining walls.

Averett University Student Center - Danville, Virginia - $6 million new Student Center on four levels, 42,000 sf includes a coffee shop, convenience store, game room, TV room, computer lab and a central dining facility. Steel frame with composite floors, basements with extensive retaining walls. Farmington Country Club Renovation - $5 million renovation, alterations, and additions to existing club. New multi-purpose fitness center. Concrete on metal deck, joints and beam framing, custom wood.

James City County Recreation Center - Williamsburg - $5 million steel frame structural system for this 52,000 sf renovation/addition to the existing recreation center. Field house has full-size basketball courts and suspended running track.

Cub Scout Camp - Goochland, Virginia - $3.5 million 13,000 sf, new "themed" scout camp consisting of main lodge, nature center, shower/pool house (castle), residences (western fort and indian tepees), pirate ship, and camp buildings constructed of glulam, conventional wood framing or CMU.

Downtown YWCA Renovation - Richmond - $2.5 million renovation and modernization of Downtown Richmond's 1913 YWCA.
