First USA Bank Center and Parking Structure - Wilmington, Delaware - $62 million (3) Three-story office buildings, 440,000 sf, composite steel/concrete. Multi-use retail mall connector, 50,000 sf (3) Two-level parking structures for about 1,800 cars, precast concrete. Project cancelled at 90% construction documents.

Anthem Davis Center North / Parking Deck - Richmond, Virginia - $43 million major structural renovations to existing office building, 265,000 sf including twin elevator shafts. New parking structure on three levels for 1,125 cars; precast double T concrete construction.

Rockbridge County Courthouse - Lexington, Virginia - $25 million new 57,000 sf traditional design courthouse located within a few blocks of the historical courthouse. An attached 144 car, multi-level parking garage with a landscaped suspended plaza serves the courthouse. The courthouse is a structural steel frame with composite steel floors. The parking garage is precast concrete.

SEI Investments - Phase IV Parking Deck - Oaks, Pennsylvania - $25 million parking garage on four levels, 400,000 sf, 1,200 cars, partially below grade. Precast double-T superstructure, reinforced concrete retaining walls and foundations, provision for skywalks.
