First USA Bank Center and Parking Structure - Wilmington, Delaware - $62 million (3) Three-story office buildings, 440,000 sf, composite steel/concrete. Multi-use retail mall connector, 50,000 sf (3) Two-level parking structures for about 1,800 cars, precast concrete. Project cancelled at 90% construction documents.

Anthem Davis Center North / Parking Deck - Richmond, Virginia - $43 million major structural renovations to existing office building, 265,000 sf including twin elevator shafts. New parking structure on three levels for 1,125 cars; precast double T concrete construction.

Westbrook Office Building - Chester Co., Pennsylvania - $12 million office building, 200,000 sq. ft on three levels. Fully composite construction with non-uniform plan layout requiring complex design of lateral frames and expansion joints. Atrium has cable tied arches. Perimeter walls are self-supporting precast concrete.

Atwater 1200 - Conshohocken, Pennsylvania - $9 million new office building, two levels, 150,000 sf. Steel frame with composite steel/concrete floors and tilt-up bearing wall construction. First of 15 building complex.
