Charlottesville Transit Service - New 35,000 sf bus maintenance complex project consists of a 9,000 sf renovated administrative / office building, a new 15,000 sf bus maintenance facility, a new bus wash and detailing building, a new fueling building and covered bus parking. Charlottesville Boy's and Girl's Club - This new, two level recreation center is 24,000 sf set into the side of a hill. The facility has a gym on the lower level with classrooms and activity rooms on the main level. The structure is a steel frame with masonry exterior walls. The masonry walls act as shear walls.
