Rockbridge County Courthouse - Lexington, Virginia - $25 million new 57,000 sf traditional design courthouse located within a few blocks of the historical courthouse. An attached 144 car, multi-level parking garage with a landscaped suspended plaza serves the courthouse. The courthouse is a structural steel frame with composite steel floors. The parking garage is precast concrete.

Buckingham Courthouse Additions and Renovations - $6 million new three-story addition about 30,000 sf and renovation of the courthouse. Steel frame composite construction and extensive retaining walls.

Danville Courthouse Addition - $5.5 million two-story addition to an existing courthouse. The addition is built over an existing plaza with parking below which required very complex foundation and reinforcement of existing elevated slab design. Single-story jail addition.

Manassas Park Police Station - $4.5 million new 22,500 sf police station on three levels. Partially below grade. Building frame is structural steel with concrete floors on bar joists, concrete retaining walls, masonry shear walls and brick / stud non-bearing walls.

Franklin County Courthouse - Rocky Mount - $1.2 million renovation of an 8,000 sf floor of the existing courthouse. The courtroom and judges' offices were renovated for security, layout, and HVAC.
