Cocke Hall - University of Virginia -One of three buildings built in 1898 to compensate for the loss of the Rotunda annex in 1895, the renovation of Cocke Hall houses the philosophy department and the department of Classics at UVA. The buildings Cocke Hall, Rouss Hall, and Cabell Hall permanently enclosed the Lawn, which is part of Thomas Jefferson's Academical Village.

Lucky Strike Building/Tobacco Row - Richmond, Virginia - Evaluation of existing 80-year-old wood/steel and concrete building for retail, parking, and residential development.

Henrico County Cultural Arts Center - Glen Allen, Virginia - $5 million renovation and adaptation of 40,000 sf, 80-year-old school into a performing and visual arts center.

UVA Crockett Hall - $3.5 million major renovation of historic, two-story, student residence, 15,000 sf. Wood-framed structure with stone exterior walls. Completed through Design Development.

Downtown YWCA Renovation - Richmond - $2.5 million renovation and modernization of Downtown Richmond's 1913 YWCA.

Lady Byrd Renovation - Richmond - $1.5 million feasibility study for renovation of 100+ year-old- building for retail, office, and apartment use.

115/201 W. Broad Street Richmond - $1 million renovation of five-story, old downtown buildings for residential, retail, and office use. Modification of existing wood-framed floor, raise floors with new light-gauge framing system.

Culpeper Train Depot - Virginia - $450,000.00 Partial renovation of the train station, which was built in 1904, included exterior masonry restoration and the addition of a mechanical mezzanine.

Hull Street Train Depot - Richmond - $30,000 Structural survey and repair documents for complete restoration of timber roof system. Originally built between 1900-1920.
