Wertland Square Apartments - Wertland Square is located on the historic "Corner" in Charlottesville, VA. It includes 50 units in both 2 and 4-bedroom floor plans. 90,000 square-foot, four-story, wood-framed construction over composite steel / concrete structure over basement parking. 2007 Builder's Choice Award and BRAC Student Community of the Year Winner.

Bridgewater College - Virginia - $5.5 million three-story, plus loft, dormitory complex, 56,066 sf. Hollow core planks on CMU bearing walls, steel frame roof.

James Madison University - Hoffman Hall Renovation - Harrisonburg, Virginia - $5.2 million renovation of existing 35,000 sf, four-story dormitory and one-story 5,000 sf commons area. Modify existing roof framing and review buildings for current seismic requirements.

UVA Crockett Hall - $3.5 million major renovation of historic, two-story, student residence, 15,000 sf. Wood-framed structure with stone exterior walls. Completed through Design Development.
